No Audio (AC3). HELP!!!!

PLEASE HELP
-Fortec Ultra.
-36" Dish.
Lock down on AMC3. Got 85% quality. Got PBS channels (PBSKids, PBSYOU etc..). But no audio (AC3). Others channel get audio & video.
Any one know how? I want to get PBSKids for my kids :?

The fortec ultra will get the ac3 signal, but not decode into audio on these PBS channels. You'll need to run the SPDIF output to dolby digital decoder (stereo system of some type) to convert the digital signal into a usable audio signal.
