Ultra RF output stays on Ch.3

My Ultra RF output stays on Ch. 3 after setting on Ch.4 in setup menu. (setup menu shown Ch.4, TV has to set on Ch.3)
How do I reset the STB.

The USA version of the Ultra has a channel 3/channel 4 slide switch on the back, just like a VCR.
