pointing at it but nothing help!!!!!!!

i have a fortec star with my dtv dish with triple lnb and buitl in switch.

i have been trying to get 110 and 119 but no luck at all level is at 76%
i switched the parental control off.

does it make a diff if im in a bachelor or 5th floor. on the angle??

i tried changing output on the dish.

any help is sooooooo appreciated.

First off, what type of programming are you trying to get? Second, being in an apartment presents lots of challenges. What geographic area are you in? The dish must point either SW, S or SE depending on your location. Give us some more info and we'll take it from there.

im in a bachelor with a patio door a a "balcony". coming out im facing south. in front of me theres a big blvd and the apart blocs on the other side are kind of distanced from each other.

however blocs on my side have dishes.

im trying to get echo 7 and 6,8

i just bought a sf-95 signal meter from ebay , maybe this could help.

do you think it should be higher. like higher the better!
