Did you change the factory default password? If you did and forgot what it is, you will need to reflash your receiver with the latest firmware from http://www.fortecstar.ca . Follow the directions very carefully.
If your Lifetime is new, Fortec recommends that you contact your dealer as not to void your warranty.
