Signal is 85 and 0 quality

Hello,
I really need help! Got my Fortec Liftime Ultra, with 31" Fortec Star dish and Universal single lnb, and SM3D12 motor.

latitude= 29.75
Longitude=95.42
elevation, I use 46.5-(declination angle) 4.96=41.54
LO=975/10600

Could you tell me what I did wrong?

Well, did you find your southern-most satellite and enter the satellite data for active transponders on that sat?

If your longitude is 95, then G3R would be your south sat.
Also, you seem to have left a zero out of your LO freq, probably a typo.

Re your inclination angle (which is not really the same as elevation which is only applicable to an unmotorized az/el mount), I'm not familiar with that specific motor/mount you have, and I see that you have followed the equation on the Sadoun web page, but I think the Sadoun calculationis very confusing, because it doesn't include any entry for your latitude, and it must.I think that you need to set two angles, ie your Latitude on the motor, and another angle on the dish to get the proper declination, but I may be wrong on that. Problem is, that there are several hardware specific angles involved here, so you are best off reading the manuals for that hardware.
Hopefully Sadoun can clarify that calculation and help you on that one, or follow the instructions in the motor manual, if they seem to match the hardware you have.

I have a customer who wants to get ride of his C Band dish. He's in Lodi California and he does not want to ship or deliver. Pickup only. If you're nearby we can arrange for you to call him and work a deal.
