Well I took the plunge and upgraded my new Ultra with the new firmware - went off without a hitch. Presently rescanning the satellites. Have not tried the new editor yet...I will shortly.

The new editor works nice...seems to be stable. Uploaded from STB, edited channel and transponder data, and downloaded from laptop just fine. I am using 2000 Professional and not XP without issues.
