TP setting is required

Hi,
I need help because there are many channels not coming in my ultra.I set up all Transponders, specified for ECHo-7 and Echo3. When I check quality and level of signals i see some are ok but some arte 0.Now when i go to Advance scan and check different TP, i see the working TP says LOCk on top right side under Level and Quality, and those non working transponders says Unlock.Also I can not change video and audio abd any other thing.Please advise me step wise how can I do Unlock TP Lock in my Ultra please..Thanks

LOF for circular is 11250. Look like the transponders you can't lock are "spot beam" which only cover certain areas for local channels.
Since 99% of DishNetwork channels are encrypted, you actually don't need to scan all transponders. You can check www.lyngsat.com to see transponders which has FTA channels, then just scan these ones.
