Receiver to TV connection

I can only use my small portible TV with RCA Jack to get a good picture. On other TVs I get a rolling image or no image. What is the problem? Why can't I use the round cable.

Re: Receiver to TV connection

What is the Fortec model receiver? If you use coxial output, make sure you set your TV at channel 3 or 4.

A quick thing to check, is make sure when you can see the menus (on the small TV) you are in NTSC mode, and not european "PAL" mode, which will make the picture act weird on US television sets.
