Help, trying to get AMC4 with fortec lifetime from New York

I am new at this. I got as a gift a Fortec Star Lifetime receiver with dish.

Could anyone tell me the default menu setting for AMC4 and dish positions for New York City.

I'm not sure what you mean by defualt menu for AMC4
