No Horizontal Transponders

No matter what settings I set or dishes I use(I have different dishes), or lnb i use the horizontal transponders are at 0 quality...i do get some of the horizontal transponders, but on the higher numbers not the lower ones
the only thing i havent dont, but will be doing next is change the cable from the dish to the receiver and will let you know if that is it...otherwise other suggestions will be greatly appreciated

It might also be the LNB alignment. Try rotating the LNB to the right position.
