Lifetime Ultra S/R Problem

Hi all, i'm italian, i've a lifetime ultra but i've also a big problem...whe i try to store a transponder (powerscan or TP Scan) with a S/R larger of 30.000 the lifetime ultra lock perfectly the signal but it is not capable to store the channels, if i try with another receiver i can store everything without problem, no of you see a like problem?

I'm sorry for the UP but nobody have tested the receiver (lifetime ultra) with a transponder with S/R larger of 30.000?
