i have no sound no telstar 5 help
i have a fortec star DVB-786v3

Check to see if the soud wires (white and red) are in the right place and secured. Try to power off the receiver and turn it back on. Check the audio setting by pressing the A.Mode button on the remote. Make sure that receiver is not on mute.

...and make sure the volume control is turned up on your receiver - not just on your TV.
