Wrong TP Settings

I just purchased a lifetime ultra with 36" antenna (no motor). I have the antenna setup and getting good quality signal using signal meter. Somehow I managed to wipe out all the transponder info for T5 (I did a TP scan before I had the antenna setup correctly). Now I can't find any channels. I obviously need to put in the correct TP info before I scan for channels.

Question: How do I enter the correct TP settings (Freq, S/R, and direction) into the lifetime ultra?

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Ayoub

Re: Wrong TP Settings

Below is the instruction of how to add new transponders for the Lifetime. I can't confirm if they are exact steps for the Ultra since I don't have the Ultra. As I know, the OSD of both Lifetime and Ultra are pretty much the same:
Menu, installation, edit TP/Sat, check Telstar5 Ku or IA5/KU, Edit TP, New.
You can get the freq/Pol/SR at:
http://www.lyngsat.com/ia5.html
Freq for KU is 5 digits, example:
TP 1U, Freq 11749, Pol V, SR 7232.

Do a "Power Scan" on IA5/Ku and it will find, enter, and scan all the TPs for you. Use the settings below:

LNB conf - 10750
Symbol range - Full
Pol - All
Scan - FTA, and then press "OK". The scan will start.

Isn't easier to reset the receiver?

Some of the transponders are outdated and there some new. Actually I think it is better to have the transponders empty and blind search each satellite then you will have everything up to date.
