Need help installing Lifetime ultra with the star dish and

I live in new york and have a Lifetime ultra with the star dish and DiSEqcH-H motor SG-2100 I have set the dish at 180 true south and dish elevation to 42.9 and mad it level I have gotten 57% Quality pointing at Echstar 3 and and tryed to fine tune it from there but no matter what I do I can't get it better then 57%when I ponit it to other satellites I get 0 qaulity ...Can some one help me ...ready to throw the dish off the roof

Your dish elevation angle is wrong. Make sure the motor is set at your latitude value. The dish should be set at 30 minus your declination angle (around 24 degrees).
