Fortec Star 80cm dish with FSKU-v installation, quality 0%

I got the FortecStar 80cm dish with the FSKU-v lnb. I pointed it towards Telstar5 using sf-95 satellite finder and receiver shows ~70% level but quality is 0%. I made sure the polarization is correct etc but i cannot get this to work. I just cannot seem to get the quality up. Please help with some suggestions.

PS.. I am using a nexus-s sat card in my PC and have used Prog finder to fine tume in addition to using a hand held satelite finder SF-95.

Are you 100% sure its T5 and not another sat?
Are you sure you are on an active transponder ? If it's not a digital DVB transponder you will see signal but no quality. Did you try scanning anyway ?
What lnb frequency are you using ?
Check, check , triple check. A lot of variables can be happening here.
