How do u get quality?

hi

getting Quality with my new ultra seems to be a pain. I don't know what I might be doing wrong, maybe it's bcause I am using a Direct TV dish, but I always get 0% on Quality, the Level is good, I tried moving the dish around still get 0% quality. Can anybody help?

thanx

Re: How do u get quality?

What satellite are you trying to aim at? DirectTV has circular lnbf, only good for DishNetwork signal. Not many FTA channels on DishNet anyways. For linear ku signal such as Telstar5, you will need a 30" with a linear ku lnbf.
