need help with getting quality on the lifetime ultra receive

greetings everyone

I'm new at all this, I have purchased a lifetime ultra receiver and hooked it up to my old Direct TV dish and all I seem to get on the antenna setup is a good Level statis and the Quality always reads 0% on all the satelites, right now I am interested on the G10/ku 123.0w satelite, any thoughts, advice, sugestions from anyone is apreciated.

DirecTV dish is too small to get G10R, you need a 30 inch dish with KU LNB.
