How do you add a new Satellite?

Hello

I need some help. I have a Fortec Ultra and I got it programmed to Transponder T5 for the arabic channels. Somehow I lost the original T5 on the display so i am not able to access the channels. I tried to add the T5 again. I went to installation then to edit tp satellite. I pushed ok and then went to New Satellite. It shows a box of letters and numbers and I selected T5 and that didnt work. Then I selected T5/KU and that also didnt work. Then 97.5 and everytime when I push ok after that a screem shows up that says down and frequency. I selected 10750 simple rate 20k and polarity V. After I press ok it shows confirm edit and delete. But I only can select edit or delete. It will not allow me to get to the confirm. I would appreciate it if anybody could give me some help.

Regards

If in fact there's no way to get the satellite back (I'm not sure if it can or cannot this has not happened to me) here's what I'd try as a last resort:

1. Attempt to do factory reset and pick 1668 as the code to enter.

2. Reflash the firmware with the BIN file available at the Fortec website, and do factory reset with 1668.
