Dynamic Remote

I purchased a Fortec Star Dynamic FTA KU band receiver. When I received it, the receiver did not have the most current software upgrade in it so I had to send to back to Fortec Star repair under warranty to have it upgraded. It was upgraded properly but when I received my Fortec Star receiver back, the remote frequency on this receiver is now on the same frequency as my Yamaha home theatre audio receiver remote. Needless to say, it is very annoying and I can't find a solution to this problem. If someone at Sadoun or Fortec Star can help me resolve this problem please offer your suggestions. In general, I am happy with the quality and performance of this receiver but certain technical bugs do exist within this receiver.
