Question FORTEC START LifeTime Ultra missing some FTA

I have a 5 years old Fortec Star LifeTime Ultra model. When I set it up for my Dad 5 years ago it was working fine and all Free to Air Persian channels were coming in strong. Lately my Dad told me that he can not see few of the channels (IRINN, ...). I reset to factory and did PowerScan, and still can not see 4 of the channels, but all other come thru 2 or 3 times (in the list). Receiver is set to IA5KU. What do I need to do to get IRINN, IRIB, PRESS TV, GlobeCast TV?

you may have to readjust your dish a little after 5 years it could have moved out of the sweet spot.

Missing Tv stations

Thanks for the suggestion, but I also used this receiver with my setup and still had the same isse. My recorver work fine for those missing tv station when I use mine, but not when I use my Dad's. Some one told me this specific receiver needs to be re-confit with multiple satellite! Any idea?

Time for a new receiver

But before that, try looking up the transponder freq for these missing channels and check if the frequencies are store in the receiver and that you see Signal & Quality.
