fortecstar 1.8m dish help

Hi there, recently moved overseas and bought a used FortecStar 1.8m dish. I have a DirecTv account setup in the states and now im trying to get this 1.8m dish to pick up my DirecTv programming. Because of this type of dish being a fortecStar do i need a certain type of LNB that will work to be able to receive DirecTv programming? Any help would be appreciated. THX again!!

Vitruvius will become famous soon enough
where you?

Where are you located? Have you determined that where you are there is enough signal strength? I think DirecTV uses circular signal, so you would need a circular LNB, but some provide both.
