I really am enjoying my Sadoun Fortec M2 System.
I guess whats the tough thing for me is. What to watch and when.
Is there a Tv guide channel? A few channels I use there web page to
view the online schedule. I like the RTN channels on Galaxy 10 123.0W
I have been watching Hawaii 50 at 9:00pm cst. Press Tv is great too.
So what to you do to know what will be on FTA Tv today, tomorrow?

The station's website is a starting point. Also, they may have an email subscription to their guide that you can get on a weekly basis. Check with each station on that.
