i recently purchased a star lifetime system from you .and could not get a signal on several sat so i reset to factory settings now when i go to antenna settings i have a list of sats but not t5 amc galaxy etc etc!
how do i get these sat back in the menu?
Go to http://www.fortecstar.com/downloads/...roducts=58%2C1
down load the STB Editor and the TP Data bin. Upload the bin to your receiver, you will get all the satellites and current Transponders back.
Must you 9pins straight-thru cable.
