Fortec 36" Dish

Ordered from the website stating as 36" Fortec Dish. I did the measurement horizontal diameter and it was only 34.x inch rather the the specify 36". Compare to my other I have, which is exactly 36" across the horizontal diameter. Could this be the wrong dish size send?

If the stated size is 36" it should be 36" on the horizontal measurment, but not sure about the Fortec brand. Maybe there is a US to Metric conv issue? As far as the little dishes that I have go, their stated size is what is measured horizontally at the widest point, usually with a little extra mm to spare.

4' (1.2m) True Focus = 48" X 53"
1.0m Wingard = 39.2" X 42.5"
1.2m (type 123) Channel Master = 48" X 53"
18" Dishnet = 18" X 20"

36" is the average between the Long/Short axis.
