AC3 working *sometimes*

I was watching Retrojams (12114 on G10R 123 W.) today. The audio was not coming thru my surround system.

An hour later, back on Retrojams, audio was just fine and still is.

Both are AC3.

Any ideas as to what may have been wrong?

my ultra does that from time to time if I switch to another channel then back it usably works fine.

i cycle power. i'm getting to the point where i'm just going to turn it off and back on before programming for a delayed recording.

is there a patch for this?
