Since last week I am not recieving any channles. Somebody told me that I need new software for the reciever. Do anybody have the new software for this reciever. It is I believe discontinued by Fortec
The Fortec Star folks are in Canada and very responsive (I've called once before). I recommend you check your model number against the what they have at their download site to see if you have the most current version of firmware. (Firmware goes in the receiver, and software goes in your computer.)
