S-SM21H Switch

Hello everyone
My set up is working pretty well thanks to all the help I have found from the posts in here and actual replies to my questions.
So since thing are going well with my Sadoun M1 system I have decided to try and break it ( I hope not). My neighbor was cleanning his garage out and found a brand new circular lnbf from Dish, I think that is what he uses , since is a single he now uses dual he gave it to me. I have made a bracket out of the stapping that Home Depot sells ( for rafters) and going to mount it to my system, one onf my buddies at work needed a couple of diplexers so I also order a S-SM21H Switch from Sadouon.
My question is this which side does the
Universal lnfb
Circular lnfb
The switch is marked

(22KHz) 13/18V
LNC A RX LNC B

Could someone tell me what the 22KHz is used for?
Sorry if this is an old topic and sounds stupid but I would like to minimize my chances of messing up what I have now.

it would be easier to hook up with a disqec switch. 1 port for linear and 1 port for circular still just 1 coax to your receiver.the 22khz in your receiver helps to control the high and lo freq on a universal lnbf.
