Scientific Atlanta

Hi all,
Some questions from a dutch newbie
I use a scientific atlanta in europe, Holland.
How do i setup the atlanta for the fta's on Astra 19,2 E???
How do i set things like dual KU and low KU and many other sttings???

I use a 80 cm dish on the astra.
