You should have no problems with the frequency, but you may or may not be able to watch whatever specific video program you are interested in. Ie, there are about 10 different channels on that frequency, and all but two are scrambled right now. Even if the channel you are interested in is FTA today, tomorrow it may be scrambled, or tomorrow it may be gone.
Basically, if you are thinking about getting a FTA system (which I assume, since if you already had one, you wouldn't have asked the question) just to watch one particular channel that is available now, you have to realize that by the time you receive your sat system, the channel you're looking for may no longer be there. FTA systems are great for those who are interested in viewing a variety of whatever they find FTA up there, but is not a great investment for people interested in only one channel, because the odds are great that you may be happy today and unhappy tomorrow.
