Hello & Advice needed

I am new to FTA and was wondering about LNBF's. I just puchased a kit from Sadouns'. Fortecstar 36"-Satcontrol SM3D22-std. linear ku 0,4db. lnbf-
My receiver will do ku & c. Is a Invacom quad QPH-031 the way to go for more channels? Or the ku/c combined lnbf with my sized dish? A Canadian site
claimed-c band can work with a smaller dish--Any advice here? Thanks guys

to get a cband signal would need at least a 1.2 meter dish and then that is iffy would recommend a 8.5 ft dish.

Thanks for the input......

Thanks for responding! Good info ty. I see you are running a Invacom Qph 031 lnbf. Will that be an improvement for me over a standard lnbf?
BTW-Nice Mopars! My choice also

Iknow this a little off of the original topic, but my son can talk mopars all day rainman.I had a 69 dodge superbee during the 70s,before he was born.He grew up watching the Dukes of Hazzard, buys their dvds and his time on the internet is spent checking out all kinds of mopars. He talks about them to us,like I talk about fta.He and my wife just look at me when I'm talking about satellite and what all you can get and pretend to be interested, lol, like we do with him when he's naming all the different makes, models, performance, ect.I still like them, but i'm not a mechanic and don't understand most of what he's talking about, but if I'd listen he'd be pleased as punch to tell me.He took shop in highschool and came in fussin alot about arguments he'd had with the ford and chevy guys.

I had a wee bit of fun with all the pro Chevy people a few years ago. Ok maybe it was more like 15 years ago. Stuffed a 318/auto with a Ford 9" into/under a 1937 Chevy 1/2tn short bed. AMC Javelin driveshaft was a bolt in. I was kind though and used a tilt column from a Chevelle

Wow that started to sound like a Bill project

nope that sounds more like the old AMC brands.when they use to put a piece from ever manufacture into their autos.
