receiver/lnb setting for IA-5

I have a coolsat 5000 platinum receiver with a 31" dish and an Invacom Quad lnb. What settings do I need on my receiver for this setup? I've already got several other satellites, but this one evades me. The most I've been able to get was a 93% signal and 5% quality. And the only way to get ANY reading is to set the lnb at "universal". What am I doing wrong?

I have the Invacom quad and Coolsat 5000, I have the lnb set to single and freq to 10750. On the circular side you need to set the freq to 11250. IA-5 is a linear satellite so set it to 10750.

You need a Ku band LNB. And you need to set it to Universal 10750.

The Coolsat 5000 is a little different in that if you select universal it will change the freq to 9750/10600 but you can change the freq to other values if you want. You can set the lnb type to universal and choose 10750 manually and it will work fine. Kind of an odd way to do things but I understand what Carpenter1 meant. It will tune linear signals if either universal or single lnb type is selected but the important thing is that the lof has to be set to 10750. It looks like Carpenter1 has his set to universal -10750, mine is set to single-10750 and both work fine.
