Hi,

I had a satallite dish installer install fortec star last year, W 97 deg.. at night almost all FTA channels are scrampled, in daytime, every thing is OK. The installer says the TALL trees the neighbor has are hindering receiving good chennels.
The question is: why at night channels are scambled but in daytime channels are OK.
What can I do to solve the problem

Here are some suggestions:

• Move dish to another location
• Get a bigger dish
• Cut the tree (not recommended )
