Connecting more than 4 fta sats to reciever.

hi i recently got a pansat and the i have 4 sats connected using a disqec 4 port switch.
i want to add IA5 but i dont have any more ports left on the switch.
is there a disqec switch with more than 4 ports or is there another way to connect the 5th sat.
i have heard of a 22hz tone control switch but dont know if and how it works.
thanks

Sounds like time to look at buying a motor These dishes have to be getting somewhat expensive in comparison to a motor.

I agree that a motor will be a better alternative in the long run.

But, you can use a 22khz switch and 2 diseqc switches and have up to 8 dishes/lnbs on that system, IF you are using standard KU lnbs (LO=10750). If you are using universal KU lnbs (LO=9750-10600) then the 22khz switch will interfere with the upper and lower band switching of these lnbs.

But you simply put the 22khz switch first after the receiver, then add a diseqc switch to each side of that, and simply connect each dish/lnb to each leg of diseqc. 22 khz on would work one diseqc switch and 22 khz off would work the other diseqc switch.

A 0/12v switch would also work in this application if your receiver is equiped with 0/12v controll.
