CAS unknown

Hello,
I'd appreciate your info about this display "CAS: Unknown" on some channels of IA 5. Most of the time, either msg "Scramble" or "No or Bad data signal" appears on screen even though my quality signal is up in the midst 90. Is there a renedy for that ?

The remedy is to contact the provider and subscribe to the channel you want to watch.
