    No signal quality

    I am having hard time ,For the last three weeks and I am trying to got a singnal so I will set down and watch my TV.
    I bought a FORTEC STAR Life time Ultra Digital Satelite That all what I know.
    I set the dish at 31 degrees and up & the Left & right to 120 degrees that what they told me. I can pick up a signal level up to 70 , But NO Quality
    I need help .and some guid lines from any one I will apreciate that .
    Please let me know ASAP.

    I'm afraid you have not a clue about setting up your satellite..

    Please read the instructions on Sadoun's website. Which satellite do you want to get or which channels?
