NSS7 Access

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to reach NSS7 from North America (e.g., California)?

Any info is appreciated.

Jeff

Parts of North America-yes, California, I don't think so. Go to Lyngsat and take a look at the sat tracker feature, you should be able to tell from that.

Thumbs up NSS7 Access

Dear Jeff,
check this site to get information about accessing NSS7 from California.
www.lyngsat.com
Go to SatTracker, Click on Atlantic 0-61W. Highlight NSS7 22W
Locate your position on the Map to find out if you have sight of the satellite.
Click also on frequency Chart then Beam.(check North America Spot)

OR you can check www.newskies.com and find information on NSS7

Regards
Ehi

You can not see NSS7 in CA. The western beam only goes to roughly the center of the US. Add to that it is a circular C Band sat for the majority and only CNN feeds on Ku available in the US (see the second sentence). Are you trying to get the Bolivian channels?
