VIACCESS CAM MODULE UPGRADE

I own a VIACCESS CAM MODULE and it needs to be upgrade. Have down loaded the upgrade from SCM Micro systems. However, unable to find a laptop that would read the CAM. Another way to update is to USE HOTBIRD 2 which can not be received in the states. Is there any other way to update this CAM?
