MAYBE all the way over to Intelsat707 on the east, and Telstar 10 in the west. And that's just theoretical visibility, not if you can get anything. Sadly, because of the big oceans on either side of us, there isn't alot of overlap in coverage areas. So the 2 sats i mention above dont have ku beams pointing at the US. Even though they may be visible, you wouldnt get an signal. If you have
C Band though, some of those beams reach here.
also, trying to get fringe satellites requires a very very large dish (assuming again you are trying Ku band). You'd also need a dedicated dish separate from a motorized one, as the motor won't turn over that far.
So when the
installer comes, I wouldn't expect getting anything beyond 61 in the east and 150 in the west.
