PanSat 500CI: I can only get Vertical Channels; Why?

My PanSat 500CI started to act strangely in the last several weeks. I can only recieve "Vertical" FTA channels. "Horizontal" FTA channels' signal quality has degraded gradually to basically garbage at the present time. The signal strength of Horizontal channels is in 25-35% range. The Vertical channels' strength is in 65-90% range and their picture quality is good. I can not explain what's happening. This PanSat reciver is 4 years old.

Is the reciver malfunctioning or the path of sattelite view is somehow being obstructed by tree branches? There has been small amount of tree growth in the path of view since the dish was installed 4 years ago.
