C-Band for example..

Using a BUD and a 4DTV receiver would it be possible to receive channels from such birds as AMC 10 and Galaxy 10R and channels such as HBO Sig W and Flix West. The reason I ask is because I'm interested in investing in a 10' BUD and a Motorola 4DTV receiver (DC2 embedded).

Yes . Many cahannels available via 4DTV either on a DCII signal or analog VCII signal. Most of which require a subscripion, but still a few freebies left. The 922 and 920 receivers will do both analog and digital. The 905 'sidecar' receiver is a digital only unit which will not get the analog channels.
