Primestar LNB and using switch for 13v/18v polarity switch?

Hi, I'm a new member to this forum and new to FTA satellite systems in general. So, if my question is a dumb one, then please forgive me. Anyway, I have a old Primestar dish that I recently aquired on ebay at a fairly cheap price and I'm thinking of setting up a FTA system using a Twinhan PCI card in my computer. My question is with regard to the LNB and polarity switching. My understanding is the Primestar LNBs are linear, but instead of switching polarity using voltage as most FTA systems do they simple have 2 outputs coming from the LNB with one being horizontal polarization and the other being vertical. What I would like to do is use the primestar LNB with it's 2 outputs and connect those 2 outputs to a switch that would be voltage controlled and switch between the 2 polarities using the 13/18v voltage, such that the LNB would appear to the reciever exactly as a normal voltage switched polarity FTA LNB would. Is this workable? What switch do I need to accomplish this? Would this switch work?

If this switch would work, I'd like to use it as it would give me room to grow in the future by adding a second dish and more recievers. Another question is if this switch does work and I can use it, should I connect 75 ohmn terminators to the unused receiver outputs?

Thanks for your time and attention..
