tracking#

placed on 1/05/05 and as of today still has not arrive...a pre tracking # number was sent by email the next day and states that it supposed to arrive today...is there other ways to follow up on order?...

All I can offer is, check next door.

Sadoun likes to use FedEx "home" even though I tell them it's going to a business. FedEx home cannot figure out how to deliver to my work address. They ALWAYS deliver to the place next door to my company.

3 shipments from Sadoun, 3 times showed up next door... and yes, the label has my name, my company name, and correct work address.

Call the shipper's 800 number, give them the tracking number and ask them where it is.

i have called and spoke to customer service...they have know clue where its at...they said,that they will notify fedex ground...

Did you try calling Sadoun? Maybe your item is on backorder. Often they will print out the shipping label and give you the tracking number, but item didn't ship yet. Try calling them and see if they can tell you if it shipped or not.

i have called sadoun sat...once its shipped its out of our hands they said...i've called fedex and they are investigating it...

So Sadoun confirmed it shipped? That's what I was wondering from you original post, but if they say it shipped then it is in FedEx's hands.

I never had problems, but I was refering to the situation when Sadoun was taking pre orders for Fortec Ultra and they pre printed shipping labels, before it actually shipped out.
