Back haul & other channels not meant for viewing?

Can I receive back haul signals from a 90cm. dish FTA?

This may seem like a newbie request, but could someone send me a list of common back haul signals?

Also, are there many channels not truly meant for consumer viewing via FTA, like Al Jazeera?

All of these seem extremely interesting!
