A satellite with a 33 inches dish

I'm in Quebec City. With a 33 inches dish, except G10R and IA5 (T5), what would be the best satellite I can receive with some interesting FTA channels. I checked lyngsat but i'm not sure wiche will be the best in terms of quality reception and number of FTA channels. Is it possible to receive AMC4, Galaxy 13, Satmex 5 or even PAS-9 (for Cubavision in Ku-Band) with a 33 inches dish??
