Was the item on backorder? Everytime I ordered from Sadoun it was shipped same day (or next day depending when I placed the order). They send out the tracking number as soon as the item is packaged and shipping label printed out (so you should get tracking number even before it is picked up to be shipped).
2x1 DiSEqC swicth is usually shipped by the USPS. We provide you with an email when the label is printed. If you haven't received an email, please email natalie@sadoun.com and ask her about your order. We might have the wrong email address for you.
We have those in stock and your order should be in route to you. In rare occasions (no one is perfect), we misplace an order. I hope that is not the case here.
