I live in louisville,KY and would like to know what is the best system package to receive FTA arabic channels??

I would suggest a complete system from Fortec; receiver, dish and LNB. Sadoun sells many such systems. Have a look. IE5 is the satellite with the most ethnically diversified range of programming, including many Arabic channels.
