I recently purchased the Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra system. When I hooked everything up and turned on the receiver four green LED lights began flashing on the left side of the receiver and the TV screen turned black. When I pressed the "on" button (manually and remote) nothing happened, just the four green LEDs. What could be the problem?
If you uploaded any f/w to the receiver from the www.fortecstar.com website, make sure you upload the updates that belong to the Lifetime ULTRA and not the Lifetime. The f/w is not compatible between these two models. If need any help, please email support@sadoun.com
If you uploaded any other 3rd party software, your warrantee will be void and sorry we won't be able to provide any support.
