I want to watch mexican channels..

What type of equipment do i need?
LNB
Dish size
type of receiver
and HH motor
aprox how much$$$ is it and is Sadoun trustable?
mexican channels appear to be free (at least in mexico they are) but Lyngsat show videoencription ov DVB, this mean that they are encripted for USA?
I live in Plano TX just few miles north of Dallas
