I ordered a new motor system on Oct. 14 and still have not received any notice that it had been shipped. I have tried calling Sadoun company for several days and there is no answer. Fax and e-mail have the same result. Is this business as usual for these folks?
Have you orderd the 90Cm dish upgrade with your system? IF you did, that could be the reason for the delay since the 90cm dishes are currently on backorder. Try emailing sales@sadoun.com on Monday. Make sure you include your order number. I am sure you will get a response shortly.
