I am happy to say you that I have purchased your satellite receiver hardware card "VISION PLUS VP-DTV sat-ci" (vp-1030) and installed in my P.C. in witch the configurations are a follows.

I have installed the software and tuned the free to air and pay channels. But I like to tell you that I am receiving all free to air channels through VISION PLUS. I installed many of the compatible cams with smart card such as "ireto,viaccess, neotion,,joker-multy" for your VISION PLUS" hardware.
when I try to open the program by clicking "common interface" , I can see only the words "CAM READY", but it doesn't show the cam information menu on the screen. When I want to open a pay channel, a message appear on display as "scrambled, failed to play".
Please follow my problem and give me an advise and proper instructions whether I have to update your software or is there any other discrepancy in your product. Please reply as soon as possible.
